Try a hard refresh (close the tab, reopen). If it still won't load, your network may be blocking our database provider. Email us with your device and browser and we'll dig in.
My streak disappeared.
Streaks are tied to your account. If you played as a guest and later signed in, the guest streak doesn't carry over. If you were signed in and lost a real streak, email us — we can usually find it in the logs.
How do I delete my account?
Email play@theater.games and we'll delete your account and all gameplay history.
When do new puzzles drop?
Every day at midnight Eastern Time. Your streak counts the day of the puzzle, not the time you played it.
Can I play yesterday's puzzle?
Premium subscribers can replay the archive. Free players get today's puzzle.
Is there a phone app?
The iOS app is in development. Until it ships, you can add theater.games to your home screen — open the site in Safari, tap the share icon, then “Add to Home Screen.” It runs fullscreen, just like a native app.
